While Liverpool has everything all wrapped up, several teams are still jockeying for a position either to avoid relegation or snag a spot in the UEFA Champions League. The desperation or excitement paired with the rust from the long layoff could lead to some epic unpredictability.

Premier League picks: straight bets for the next matches

June 19: Manchester United to win over Tottenham Hotspur - 2.40

United has the edge over Tottenham and has won their last two meetings. It's tough to predict which team will be more "game-ready" when this match rolls in. But Man U has two things going for them: depth and the return of key players like Paul Pogba.

They are stronger up the middle and that will pay dividends as they outlast the Hotspur. Bet on Man U to oust Tottenham.

Alternative bet: Draw no bet - Manchester United - 1.71

June 20: Arsenal to draw Brighton - 3.40

Arsenal's nightmare season continues and they're rematching Brighton, who scored one of the biggest upsets this season by soundly outplaying the Gunners last December. Arsenal only has nine victories, which are only three better than Brighton. They have been in disarray and only diehards would feel any confidence wagering on them to win, especially after the long layoff.

But the Seagulls aren't exactly a winning endorsement even with their upset victory. At the odds, a draw yielding 3.40 in returns is the best bet.

June 21-23: Parlay Liverpool, Manchester City, and Leicester City - 2.00

This heavy chalk parlay pays out 2-1 by simply stacking the three best teams in an almost-guaranteed win scenario. Liverpool should blitz through the swiss cheese defence of Everton. Manchester City will run a train on Burnley. And Leicester City should thoroughly throttle hapless Watford. Bet confidently on this.

June 21: Sheffield United vs Newcastle United goes UNDER 2.0 - 2.05

It's tempting to lay the juice on this with a double return on the best under team this season, but Newcastle United has been involved in some high-scoring games once in a while. Still, it's hard to ignore that seven of SUFC's games have totalled two or fewer goals with four of those having only one goal scored. Stake a bit on this.

 

Best Premier League props and futures

Leicester City to finish third - 1.333

Outside of Liverpool's absolutely dominating season, Leicester has sneakily put together one of the best runs in the Premiership. The Foxes are set to finish third, their best run since their Disney story-like 2015-16 season. They are only five points ahead of Chelsea but have outplayed them by a wide margin this season.

LCFC also has a relatively cupcake of a season left with most teams outside of Chelsea and Manchester United being very beatable. Even if the Foxes start off a bit slow or stumble in certain matchups, including one against Chelsea, they're almost a lock to finish third. Bet on them with confidence.

Jamie Vardy to finish as the top goalscorer - 3.25

Not coincidentally, Vardy is the favourite to finish as the Premiership's top goalscorer with his 19 goals so far. It will be a legitimate race for Vardy as Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is just two goals back and the fear-inducing names of Man City's Sergio Agüero and Liverpool's Mo Salah are three goals back with 16 apiece.

The edge here is that Leicester City has plenty left to prove and as a favourite to win the Premier League Player of the Season, expect him and LCFC to keep going full throttle. Take a shot at Vardy.

Brighton & Hove Albion to be relegated - 3.75

While the race for the top five spots is interesting in itself, the race to not finish in the bottom five is more heated as five teams are only separated by four points. Brighton has 29 points and is currently 15th out of 20, but they will have a tough slate with matchups against Arsenal, Leicester City, and Manchester United right from the break.

Even against Norwich City, the last-placed team, they are not guaranteed a win. And right after that, they tackle the top-two teams in Liverpool and Manchester City. Brighton could very well be second-last after six matches and be sent down. These juicy odds are worth a bet.
