One of the more surprisingly good teams, during the first half of the 2012 MLB season, has been the Washington Nationals. The young Nats have taken on all comers, and haven't backed down from any of them. The Nationals lead the National League East, and it looks like they aren't going anywhere - anytime soon.
With exciting young players like RHP Stephen Strasburg, and stud left fielder Bryce Harper, the Nats are definitely watchable again - and a team to wager on. Timely hitting, backed by solid pitching, has brought the Nationals to the top of the NL East. We like the 2012 MLB Playoff chances for fans in The District.
