CFL Week 7 Friday Night Doubleheader Parlay Betting Advice
Eskimos vs. Alouettes: Opposites clash in Montreal
Given the way Montreal is playing, which is very badly, we were surprised to get any kind of odds at all on this contest. The Alouettes have been outscored 75-144 en-route to a 1-4 record. Following a 24-9 Week Two win over BC, Montreal has dropped three straight games by a 102-43 count. It gets worse - the Al's have scored just five points in each of their last two games going into and coming out of their bye week. Edmonton (4-1) had a week off to lick their wounds after they lost their first game of the year 26-22 to Calgary. The Eskimos have it rolling on both sides of the ball as they have outscored their opponents by a 130-84 combined count.
Hamilton vs. British Columbia: Lions will maul Tiger-Cats at BC Place
Posted as preseason West Division favorites, the Lions have yet to live up to their Champion chalk status. Not having QB Travis Lulay in the lineup has hurt but BC has looked rather ordinary outscoring their opponents by a slim 127-116 count. Hamilton is adjusting to life without Henry Burris and they have posted a 1-4 record while getting outscored 100-119. The Leos will be ready for Dan Lefevour and the Hamilton rushing attack as they allow just 83.3 yards per game on the the ground. The Cats last ranked pass defense (253.2 YPG) is up against Kevin Glenn who has tossed a CFL high nine INT's but sits third overall with 1.390 passing yards.
