Following a well deserved day off on Monday, after they completed a three-game sweep of NL West division leading Los Angeles over the weekend, Milwaukee is back home looking for a fifth straight win tonight. The Brewers (70-55) own a 2.5 game lead over St. Louis in the NL Central playoff race as they send RHP Mike Fiers (2-1 ERA 1.29) to the hill to battle the Blue Jays. Fiers has filled in nicely for injured Brewers ace Matt Garza as he has allowed two runs and recorded 19 strikeouts over 14 innings during two fill-in starts.
