Nashville Predators: Working to close in on division lead
Nashville is having an excellent season. They are 8-4-5 for 21 points. If the Chicago Blackhawks weren't in their division they would be in first place instead of second. That is not deterring them though as they continue to fight up the standings ladder. The Predators are 4-1-3 at home and are 4-1-1 in their last six home games. The Predators have earned one point in all of their home games except for one this season.
Vancouver Canucks: Trying to build win-streak
After snapping a losing streak with a win on Thursday night, the Canucks will look to begin another winning streak. Vancouver is 9-3-4, good for 22 points and the top spot in the Northwest division in the Western Conference. Roberto Luongo could get the nod in net tonight as he is 4-0-3 with a 1.48 GAA in his seven starts this season for the Canucks. This is the second straight game for the Canucks.
